For many of us, the end of October marks the end of the Fiscal Year. This is a great time for me to re-introduce myself as the author of the Filipina Budget Girl blog posts, dedicated to the Filipino community worldwide.

My name is Joanne See and I have worked in Banking and Personal Finance for 17 years. I am certified in Mutual Funds with the Investment Funds Institute of Canada. Beginning 2006, I have worked for the Toronto Dominion Bank (TD), the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) and presently, the top bank in Canada, the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC). I have experience in day-to-day accounts, credit cards, overdraft protection, lines of credit, mortgages, and investments.
